Customers impacted by Hurricane Katrina

We at Consumer Reports extend our sympathies for any loss that you may have experienced as a result of Hurricane Katrina. For subscribers in the zip codes detailed below, who were hardest hit by the hurricane we have extended subscriptions for six months free of charge.

For ConsumerReports.org® subscribers:

Your subscription remains active and it has been extended by six months at no extra cost. Please call us at 866-307-2674 to update your mailing address and email address or click here.

The following applies to customers that have a residence in the Zip Code beginning with 369, 393, 394, 395, 396, 700, 701, or 704.

For subscribers of the following subscription products:

  • Consumer Reports Magazine
  • Consumer Reports Money Adviser newsletter
  • Consumer Reports on Health® newsletter
The U.S. Postal Service has let us know that postal delivery to your address has been interrupted due to Hurricane Katrina. Your subscription(s) has been temporarily put on hold. Please call us at 866-208-9709 to update your mailing address so we can resume your service. To help you through this difficult time, we have extended your subscription by six months at no extra cost.
